No returns or exchanges
Products purchased at www.apvision.in cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please see our Sales Terms and Conditions for full policies.
What happens if I have received a defective item?
Every Product we ship comes with 1 Year Warranty and 3 Days DOA Policy (Dead On Arrival) from date of Delivery. Authorized Service Center Report is valid Proof of defect. Submit to us at email@example.com or discuss the same. Post to brand approval we will share confirmation for the return. Upon receipt of defective goods, we will ship a brand-new unit as a replacement. After 3 days of delivery DOA Policy will not be applicable. All the issues must be reported to brand service provider for further support.
My invoice has not been shipped with my order.
We send a copy of the invoice with the product while delivering it. Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Apvision reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on Apvision’s online store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Apvision. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you. In addition to your right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason as explained above, should Apvision reduce its price, Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.

Credit Card or Debit Card
Can I change my payment method?
No. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new order using an alternate payment method. It may take 5 to 7 business days for the payment (to refelect in) ‘from your existing order to be credited to’ your card account.

Can I place an order using a foreign credit card?
www.apvision.in only accepts payments from cards issued in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
EMI options will automatically appear at checkout if the items in your bag qualify and your card is from an eligible bank about paying with EMI.
We accept Net Banking payments from most banks throughout India.
When selected at checkout, you can either enter your UPI ID or scan a QR code to authorize the payment on your UPI mobile app. Maximum payment limits may apply based on your bank.
Payment on Delivery
Payment on Delivery is not yet available for all PIN Codes.
GST and Invoicing What taxes will I be charged?
All prices on www.apvision.in are inclusive of GST, which will be detailed on your invoice.
Can I place a business order or add a business GST number to my invoice?
Yes, while entering the billing address please mention GST details. You will receive the invoice via email after delivery of your order.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Apvision may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Apvision reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order, provided Apvision has not yet accepted your order.
This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. You may not export any product purchased from the Apvision Store to another country If prohibited by export control laws. If you do plan to export to another country, you must obtain any legally required export licenses (or other government approvals) prior to doing so.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana only.
